Perfectly clean and cozy accommodation. There were six of us, and we fit very comfortably. The host paid careful attention to every detail, and the apartment was meticulously and carefully equipped.

Staying here with families is a fantastic experience. The house has enough bedrooms and restrooms for 5 to 6 people, and it has good equipments. The neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood is overall safe. The rooms are clean, and the internal decorations are elegant.

So well kept! Lovely place and so close to DC. I had searched a bedroom option with local DC hotels of course the price was like 2x easily for them. So this was a way better deal plus we got a backyard, parking right in front on the street and everything we could have asked for a home away from home. Alex was super responsive throughout the booking and check in and check out process. I'll be sure to rent from his again when we try to catch the Cherry Blossoms next year!

My family of 6 adults stayed at Alex's place to enjoy the Cherry Blossom Festival. His house was well equipped for all of us. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook full meals for all of us which helped us spend more quality time together. We picked a great time to go and was surprised with a fireworks display that was perfectly position for us to watch right from the back of the house. He even left us some wonderful treats to enjoy upon arrival!

We had a wonderful visit to the DC area. The house was so cozy and inviting. The kitchen was fully stocked for the days that we cooked. We ordered carryout a few times and local recommendations were fantastic! We will definitely stay there the next time we visit the area.

My family and i flew in from Los Angeles for my graduation. I unexpectedly hit a major issue a few days prior and Alex went above and beyond to accommodate my issue which he literally did not have to as it was a personal setback. My husband and i are both active military therefore when it comes to cleanliness we tend to go above and beyond. Alex place was extremely comfortable, extremely spacious, the gym was a great addition, neighborhood was very quiet and our overall stay was just wonderful. Had a bottle of complementary wine and just enjoyed our little vacation. We slept like babies each night even left with a few links to a few items Alex had around the house that were extremely useful and i never knew existed. Alex thank you sooooooo much for making this stay stress free memorable, and in the center of everything which made commuting 10 times easier. This will definitely be our go to when we visit again. My stay was great! Alex was very responsive and a great host. The gifts were a sweet touch. My daughter loved the placed. She really enjoyed the backyard space. Overall I’d recommend it and definitely will consider if we come back.
